"These products were NEVER received, even though they were paid for. During checkout the site merged two separate addresses and sent my order off to a place that doesn't exist. I've never had that happen before. I caught it the second my confirmation came through and contacted support more times than I can count, plus every shipping company involved. Not one person was able to help. I've spent hours on this and was never once given a clear answer or a solution. I've worn Spiritual Gangster for years and it used to be one of my favourite brands. This order was very special to me. I'm utterly shocked at the customer service, and baffled to be asked to review something I never got because nobody would correct the details I supplied immediately. I'm sure I would have loved these pieces, but I'll never know. They've been sitting at the same warehouse for weeks. Maybe someone there can tell you what they think of them."
