A Yoga Minute: Holiday Flow With Jonah Kest

If you only knew the power of generosity, you wouldn't go a day without sharing, without giving something away. There is nothing more powerful that you can share, especially during the holidays, than your presence. Let each posture ignite your Prana. Each round is simply about increasing your presence in your hands, in your hearts. Turn yourself on so you become fully present and acknowledge the power of generosity.

Flow sequence:
Warrior One
Warrior Two
Reverse Warrior
Roll into Side Plank
Step back into Star Pose
Change direction into a Lunging Twist
(Bind Optional)
Vinyasa with Upward Facing Dog and Downward Facing Dog

Repeat as many times as your body needs.

    I’m 58, have worked out most of my life, and just recently through my daughter-in-law and son have began yoga! I always thought it was too SLOW for me. LOL. I am evolving into a spiritual gangsta! I’m challenged and motivated, and am feeling all the benefits physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally! What a fabulous discipline to enjoy the rest of my life with! Good Karma!!!
