Fall is a time to rethink a lot in our lives....What we put in our body, how we exercise, even how we look at the world. This fall season, rethink using super foods in your fall dishes. We picked our favorite fall super foods that will transform everything from your Thanksgiving Table to snack time to a place of health and balance.

Pomegranates are an antioxidant powerhouse, as well as vitamin C and folate. Great for tossing in a fall salad, or roasting with winter squash.

Roasted brussel sprouts are the perfect fall side dish. Or try with roasted almonds and kale for a light Thanksgiving alternative. Health benefits include: vitamin K, folate and iron.

Try blending cauliflower to create a healthier mashed potato alternative. Or mix with quinoa to make delicious cauliflower and quinoa cakes (recipe here!). Cauliflower also helps lower cholesterol and is an excellent source of vitamin C.

Sweet potato fries, soup, and casseroles are a staple to any fall table. Sweet potatoes are an excellent source of vitamin A
and iron, as well as having anti-inflammatory benefits.

This sweet fruit is a perfect tropical addition to any fall salad. Kiwis have more vitamin C than an orange, and are a good source of potassium and copper .

Grapefruit is great for its high levels of Vitamin C, metabolic stimulants, and pectin, which has been show to lover cholesterol. Wonderful mixed into salads or as a healthy on-the-go snack.
