FALL CLEANSE: EARTHY MISO SOUP
Fall is here, which means pumpkin spice lattes, cooler nights, and delicious nourishing meals. The Earth Miso Soup from Kaleidoscope juice is the perfect way to jump start your Fall cleanse. It's delicious and easy, so easy that you can just make it in a vita mix!
Into a blender
1 tbs miso paste....we use an organic red chickpea miso....Whole Foods and Sprouts carry this

1 tsp of coconut oil
1/2 tsp hemp seeds1/2 oz turmeric juice or use a dash of powdered or a small 1/2 inch piece of the root
a squeeze of a lemon wedge
a dash cayenne pepper
2 cups hot water

Blend on the lowest setting until its nice and creamy
If you want to get fancy garnish with sprinkling of hemp seeds and even a few shreds of dried nori and some mung bean sprouts...either ways its FALL PERFECTION <3
A nice thing to do is to replace a meal with a liquid meal especially when you feel like your immune system is becoming impaired. Personally I like to turn diner into liquid whenever I can to rev my metabolizm because then your body isn't digesting food all night and you wake up fresh and require way less sleep.
One last thing - try adding this into your juice cleanse. In cooler months your body needs heat from the foods you ingest to fuel that digestive fire. A few juices and a nutrient dense, nourishing soup is just what the doctor ordered.
