CHIA SEED BREAKFAST PUDDING

for their favorite ways to celebrate summer.

This is our chia seed breakfast pudding full of protein and omegas. Chia seeds are fantastic for digestion and mixed with superfoods like hemp seeds and goji berries its a powerful way to get your engine running.
Start off by stirring 2 tbs of chia seeds into about a cup and a half of coconut or almond milk. Keep stirring and add 2 tbs of gluten free oats, a pinch of cinnamon, a couple drops of vanilla stevia or drizzle of maple syrup, 1 tbs of hemp seeds, and about 10 goji berries. The chia seeds will quickly absorb the liquid and will become jelly like. We top ours with our housemade hemp granola, shaved coconut and pitaya (dragon fruit) drizzle.
