Smoothie two:
-2 cups of pineapple chunks
- 1/2 mango
-1 orange
-1/2 an inch of ginger
-3 stalks of kale
-2 cups of coconut water
Blend together until smooth. Serve with pineapple chunks and chia seeds for a pretty finish.

This is the perfect go-to smoothie after a morning yoga class. Nothing quite energizes the body like a delicious green smoothie!  Pineapple is killer for strong bones, just a cup provides you with approximately 74% of manganese needed each day. Kale is the most nutrient dense green on the planet as if that's not reason enough to drink this, kale has more iron than beef which increases transportation of oxygen to different parts of the body. Kale is also high in Vitamin K, A, and calcium. And ginger is a great sinus reliever, metabolism booster, and toxin flusher. With the added vitamin C power of oranges and mangos, this smoothie is perfect to slim down and cool off during the warmer summer months.
