In yoga, we learn that it is okay to stumble, to fall, to take a water break, or to relax in child's pose. We learn to accept our limitations, do what feels right in the moment, and know that things will change in the next moment, the next week, the next year. What stays the same, what stays with us through everything, is the acceptance of ourselves. To acknowledge that it's okay to fall out of that crow, to take a few relaxing breaths. It is a truly beautiful person who loves and accepts themselves. For we are whole beings, full of goodness and light, and by accepting and loving ourselves, we allow our true beauty to shine.
